These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Please read them carefully before creating an account. We may update these Terms from time to time; your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
Account Eligibility; Your Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. You must not be prohibited by law from using the Services, must maintain only one account, and must not have been previously removed unless we give express permission. You agree to comply with these Terms, applicable laws of India (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules thereunder), and our Community Guidelines. You agree not to: misrepresent your identity or age; harass, bully, stalk, or abuse others; post prohibited content (offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or that promotes illegal activity); solicit money or items of value; use the Services for fraud, spam, or commercial solicitation; or copy, scrape, or misuse other users' content.
Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload ("Your Content"). Do not share anything that would violate these Terms, applicable Indian law, or expose you or us to legal liability. Your profile will be visible to other users. We may monitor, remove, or block Your Content at our discretion. Other users' content ("Member Content") is not yours; you may not copy or use it except as intended by the service. Do not post Prohibited Content, including content that is offensive, obscene, violent, discriminatory, promotes self-harm or illegal activity, involves commercial solicitation or sex work, or infringes others' rights.
Inappropriate Content and Misconduct
We do not tolerate inappropriate content or behaviour on or off the Services. We encourage you to report inappropriate content or misconduct. We may share data with affiliates for safety and may ban you from our Services and affiliates' services if we believe you have violated these Terms. We will cooperate with law enforcement and competent authorities in India as required by law.
Privacy
For information about how we collect, use, and share your personal data in India, please read our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 where applicable. By using our Services, you agree that we may use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Rights You Grant Us
You retain ownership of Your Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, and distribute Your Content in connection with the Services, to the extent permitted under Indian law. We may access, preserve, or disclose your account information if required by law (including under the IT Act or orders of competent authorities) or to enforce these Terms, respond to claims, or protect safety.
Purchases and Automatically Renewing Subscriptions
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew until you cancel. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Subscriptions may be purchased through an external service (e.g., Apple ID, Google Play) or directly; cancellation must be done through the same channel you used to subscribe. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and rules thereunder. Generally, purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law. Virtual items and similar products are typically non-refundable. For any refund or cancellation disputes, you may contact us through the Help Center or refer to your rights under Indian consumer protection law.
Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time via Settings. Cancel any subscriptions separately to avoid further billing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund if we believe you have violated these Terms or misused the Services. These Terms continue to apply after termination to the extent relevant.
No Criminal Background or Identity Verification
We do not conduct criminal background or identity verification checks on our users. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. Use your best judgment when interacting with others and follow our Safety Tips. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.
Disclaimer
Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by applicable law in India, we grant no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that content you obtain will be accurate or appropriate. We assume no responsibility for content posted by you or others, or for the identity or conduct of any users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in India, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or enhanced damages. Our aggregate liability to you for all claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) INR 5,000 or (b) the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 24 months before you first file a claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us first through the Help Center so we can try to resolve your concerns. Disputes may be resolved by good-faith negotiation and, where agreed or required by law, by binding individual arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The seat of arbitration shall be in India. You and we each waive the right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law. Details of the dispute resolution process may be set forth in the full Terms or communicated upon request.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or our Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Indian law.
